The 50-year-old building was first developed as an office building by Portman in 1965 as part of the Peachtree Center mixed-use development. A renovation, completed in 2016, converted the 27-story building. Office space occupies approximately 290,000 sq. ft. (26,942 sm) on floors 10 through 27, while a new 200-key Hotel Indigo® hotel occupies floors two through nine. The ground floor features a destination restaurant. The building now houses the only hotel in downtown Atlanta that is directly above a MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) station, providing access to some of the city’s best attractions, convention locations, business districts and more.
