John Portman & Associates has been charged with creating a world-class, signature mixed use project with an iconic main tower on an irregularly shape site. The 2,107,575-square foot (195,800-square meter) project includes a 53-story, 837-feet (255-meters) tall tower. Twenty floors of the tower will be devoted to a 400-room, 5-star hotel. The tower also holds approximately 645,835 square feet (60,000 square meters) of office space. The complex’s two 328-feet (100-meter) tall, luxury residential towers contain a spacious, single unit per floor. Additionally, the project includes 290,625 square feet (27,000 square meters) of high-end retail designed to appeal to the exclusive audience the residences and hotel will attract.
