INCHEON 151 TOWER & MASTER PLAN FOR SONGDO LANDMARK CITY -

The preliminary vision for the project, located in Districts Six and Eight of Songdo, is a multi-use development with the centerpiece being the 151-story Incheon Tower. When completed, the planned structure will be the tallest building in Northeast Asia. The master planned development will include approximately 1,500-acres of land re-claimed from the Yellow Sea in the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) on the west side of Incheon Metropolitan City, which is located 30 km from Seoul. Preliminary plans envision a total development of more than 2.9 million square meters that will be constructed on a phased basis at an estimated cost of more than $11 billion.
